Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping
All orders ship free of shipping charges within the United States with Standard UPS or Priority USPS. All orders ship from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. For shipments within the United States taxes will only be charged in New York.

International shipping fees will be based on weight and distance and will be calculated during checkout. All international orders over $900.00 ship free of shipping charges (this does not include taxes and import fees). 

Returns
All items can be returned for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate your request within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

Please know that customers are responsible for shipping items back to our studio in Brooklyn, NY, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same value as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. To return an item, please email hello@alixofbohemia.com and include the following information. 

- Your Name.
- Your order number and/or receipt.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
Alterations and Exchanges
It is important to us that your garments fit perfectly, and so we are happy to provide most alterations of our garments free of charge. To inquire about alterations, please send an email to hello@alixofbohemia.com and someone will assist you. 

If you would like to exchange your garment for another size or style, we are happy to accommodate your request within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Once an item is received at our studio, the item will be eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our studio, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.The customer will be billed the difference for exchange of merchandise with a greater order value than the original purchase. To exchange an item, please send an email to hello@alixofbohemia.com and include the following information:

- Your Name.
- Your order number and/or receipt.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
 
Damaged Merchandise and Incorrect Orders
If item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@alixofbohemia.com and include the following information:

- Your Name.
- Your order number and/or receipt.
- Email address on the order.
- Image(s) showing the damaged area of the garment. 

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
